These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of services provided by Style Haus, owned and operated by Hannah Jaskot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services or accessing our website (www.styleehaus.com), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Services Overview
Style Haus provides personal styling services, including but not limited to wardrobe edits, personal shopping, event styling, and seasonal style consultations. All services are subject to availability and client eligibility.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process
Communicate honestly and respectfully
Submit payment in accordance with outlined pricing and deadlines
Adhere to cancellation and rescheduling policies
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment schedule prior to service delivery. Payment is accepted through approved platforms only. Late or failed payments may result in service delay or cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days’ of a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the session rate. Rescheduling is allowed once per service unless otherwise approved in writing.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of styling services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after services have begun or once deliverables (e.g. style guides, shopping lists) have been provided.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including lookbooks, guides, and digital assets, are the intellectual property of Style Haus and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Style Haus is not liable for:
Client dissatisfaction due to change in personal taste or expectations
Delays or errors caused by third-party retailers or vendors
Technical issues affecting email, website access, or scheduling platforms Our services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Personal Data & Privacy
Client data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data use.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the website or services:
For unlawful purposes
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
To violate any laws, rules, or regulations
To infringe on the rights of others or harass, abuse, or defame
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our Site with a new effective date. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
